After I took ReishiMax and Tegreen the fibroid reduced
in size to 3.4cm x 2.9cm. Then I got a chance to have a
procedure called a "uterine artery embolization" which
causes less side effects and was safer than a
hysterectomy. I sleep well without the special
mask that I needed before because I had asthma and sleep
apnea for many years. Now I can fall asleep faster
and sleep deeper. I have had menopausal symptoms
since I was 42 in 1998. I have tried many medicines
prescribed by doctors, but to no avail. My doctor
started me on hormone pills, but the side effects were
